Diesel - Hydraulic power. Two John Deere 6068 diesel engines driving hydraulic pumps to power the hydraulic motor and a 38" bronze propeller. Low rpm! At cruise of 7.5 knots engine turn just 1200 rpm and the propeller 250 rpm.
Full displacement hull with estimated > 10 tons of lead in the keel. Swim platform fully integrated into hull. The mast carries a down wind sail.
One en suite stateroom with bath tub. The forward stateroom shares the bathroom with the port cabin (two bunks - fold-able). The sundeck accommodates two and has its own bathroom and small galley - hence self contained.
The vessel uses the American power standard of 120 VAC / 60 Hz. But for compatibility reasons this world cruiser has a 220 VAC 50 Hz circuit as well.

Maretron NMEA 2000 network with GPS, wind, gyro, depth. Nobeltec navigation software and 96NM radar open array either overlay or split screens. All navigation equipment (except radar) is redundant.
The custom made Monitoring system monitors vital functions of the engines, generators, hydraulics and logs the vessel's track and all important data.
The vessel has 3 water tight bulkhead doors (engine room, master bedroom, forward stateroom), several fire fighting systems (Halon in the engine room, mobile CO2 fire extinguisher and a number of foam fire extinguisher. All bilge pumps in the vessel are monitored and logged by computer for activity and run time. Alarm will be triggered, when running longer than a threshold set.
