Camrose is a 50' Semi Traditional Narrow Boat built in 1998 by Evans & Son moored in Shardlow Derbyshire.
The boat is very light and airy with ample space for a versatile boating experience and includes a double door side hatch. The bedroom has a fixed double bed with storage underneath, together with a wardrobe and shelving for storage. The galley kitchen has a fully functional gas cooker with grill, oven and a four ring hob, new Shoreline fridge was fitted in 2018.

The engine is a keel cooled Beta 1505 regularly serviced with a new engine control panel fitted July 2019 (original panel available to confirm actual engine hours since new). PRM Gear Box + two alternators and fully lagged exhaust.
The boat is made of steel with a 10/6/4 construction last out of the water fully inspected and blacked in 2016. Since new Camrose has been blacked every 4 years and has had new anodes fitted. Evans & Son have a proven track record of manufacturing exceptional hulls with sharp lines and excellent swims.
The engine was fitted by Evans and is keel cooled. Access to the engine is by lifting an access plate in the semi trad rear deck with a cover when boat not in use.
The ballast is made up of concrete blocks.
Internally the cabin sides are lined in ash faced panels providing a light and airy feel.
The hull sides and floor are carpet / laminate covered.
The accommodation is a 2+2 arrangement with a permanent double 6' x 4'6" bed + additional double pull out berth.
Descending down two steps from the glazed front cratch covered deck into the dining/seating area with long couch which converts into a double bed. The dining table is easily positioned or stowed. There is a solid fuel stove and one central heating radiator and corner cupboard with TV and Travel Sat receiver on top.
The galley/kitchen has a sink/cooker unit on one side and work top with new shoreline fridge beneath and plenty of cupboards.
The bathroom has a pump out toilet and a vanity unit mounted sink. The shower is fitted over a hip bath.
The main bedroom with a permanent double bed has a wardrobe and storage space beneath the bed.
Up three steps with storage cupboards for cruising equipment to the rear semi trad deck.
The 150 gallon stainless steel tank housed beneath the front deck is serviced by a Jabsco 11295 pump which feed the kitchen, bathroom and calorifier.
The water is heated by engine to calorifier + Aldi 2928 to calorifier system.
Two 25KG bottles are stored correctly in the drained bow locker and feed the cooker and Aldi 2928 comfort water heater
There is one engine starter battery and two leisure batteries in the engine compartment.
There is a 230v landline connection 2 sockets in the kitchen and saloon.
A central heating system provided by a Aldi 2928 Comfort serving three radiators and controlled by thermostat/timer.
A solid fuel stove in the saloon provides plenty of additional heating.
There are two fire extinguishers and one fire blanket. (In date)
Hanging conveniently by rear door is a life line ready for use in emergency.
