The superb steelwork is by Jonathan Wilson (part of the Tyler/Wilson dynasty), famed not only for their good looks but equally for their handling qualities. The stylish shell features little extra details, such as a cabin top stop beam, scrolled cants & handrails. Beneath the steerers feet is the trusty Barrus engine with a fitted 3.5kW engine driven generator, perfect for powering the washer/dryer. The light cheerful interior is in a combination of painted surfaces with hardwood trims, carpeted hull sides and ash joinery. Harkwell will prove ideal for all kinds of cruising, full time residential use, but equally suitable for holidays and weekend use. Accommodation is for up to six, with a permanent double, make-up double on the raised dinette and a very cosy double on the sofa bed. The cratch covered well deck increases the usable space and is large enough to enjoy lounging on comfortable folding chairs, or extra storage could be added by fitting removable seat lockers.
