"Spartacus" is an outstanding example of the well known Parker 285 lifting keel yachts. She has a very full inventory of equipment, is in excellent condition and has good paperwork. Her electrically operated lifting keel makes her ideal for sailing in shallow waters and enables her to enter quiet, sheltered anchorages where deeper draft yachts cannot go. She has a good survey report from when she was purchased by her current owner in 2013. "Spartacus" is afloat and ready to go sailing now!
