This Prout 37 - Living Dreams (hereinafter: "LD") represents a genuinely unique offer - one of the very last vessels from the Prout factory that replaced Snowgoose 37 Elite with twin engines and all modern equipment and is configured with the popular Stateroom Layout, giving a large double berth forward on the bridge deck together with two double cabins aft. Further single berth or dressing area to starboard fwd cabin.
2 - 3 day Liveaboard Offer;
As one who has looked for the designated boat for 3.5 years and examine 11 Prouts , the owner can evaluates that in most cases the time a potential buyer is given for exploring and questioning isn't enough ( 1-3 hours ) and that that is the whole knowledge upon which he/she has to rely on when deciding whether or not to make a contract, invest in survey, etc.
Counting on his own experience, the owner offers anyone who will find that the answers/documents given by the owner are sincere and satisfactory, to come and live on the boat as a guest of the owner for 2-3 days and during this time to explore and examine thoroughly every inch of the boat (of course, in a fair and non destructive manner), and most important of all - to feel (as opposed to guess in the normal course of things), whether or not that chemistry between sailor and certain boat exists - that makes the whole difference.

LD is a Prout 37, which is effectively a Prout Snowgoose Elite (they changed the name for the last ones). The hull was molded by Prouts at Canvey Island, and the reference number molded into the hull is GBPRT37 419 H101, which means it’s the 419th Prout 37 to be molded, and it was molded in the UK in August 2001(a month before Prout factory got into bankruptcy).
The hull was bought from Prouts by a businessman and shipped to France to be fitted out. She was professionally fitted out by two shipyards. LD has been worked on till completion during the years 2003-2006 but from some unknown reason, she has been registered as model 2002.
In 2010 she has been sold to another English gentleman and in 2013 she got new owners - those who sold her to the current one in 2/2017.
