NARROWBOAT LIVEABOARD - 45FT
BOAT SAFETY CERTIFICATE - JULY 2021
GREAT VALUE & READY TO GO
IDEAL LIVEABOARD & GUARANTEED MOORING
Hi, and thanks for looking at my ad for this 45ft Narrowboat for sale on behalf of the owner. She was built in 1989 by R& D and was recently re-furbished by the current owner to a modern and high standard and comes with a great specification. If you look around you can see that the asking price of £29,950 is very reasonable for a boat of this standard with a mooring in this location and the owner will also consider reasonable offers; she is advertised for sale elsewhere.
Come and have a look around her, she is a great boat with some great features, a bright and light interior, and with a great ambience. You will not be disappointed.
The mooring is fully transferable to the new owner and is in an ideal location in Egham on the River Thames. The town centre is only a short walk away and has a full range of banks, shops, launderette, pubs and restaurants. It also boasts a mainline station running into London Waterloo including stops at Clapham Junction. The boatyard is small and friendly and everyone is welcome and the boat can be viewed there.
There is Boat Safety Certificate that lasts until 23rd July 2021.
This has been moored with us since 2012 and has been loved by her enthusiastic owners. This is a really attractive and traditional narrowboat with high quality steelwork outside and a lovely fit-out inside that has been developed by the current owner as a very comfortable and practical full-time liveaboard. Come and have a look around her, she is a great boat with so much charm and appeal with a really usable internal layout, great outside space at the bow and stern, good side decks and a warm, cosy and light interior. You will not be disappointed.
