Stenson Boatbuilders, based at Midland Canal Centre, were involved in the sphere of constructing narrowboats for the canal leisure sector longer than most, they began in 1986.
Bluebell is a versatile boat with four berths, a master double with interior sprung mattress in the forward cabin leaves sufficient space for a good sized wardrobe, whilst the saloon’s bench seating quickly converts to a second double when required.
The central saloon next to the galley in this REVERSE layout is handy for keeping the steerer company whilst making a cuppa!
The economical compact diesel central heating is convenient; no carrying heavy bags of fuel aboard, just wait a while for the radiators to warm the boat through. Bluebell features a separate toilet and shower compartment, unusual in a boat of this length.
Designed, at just over 50ft in length, as a boat for leisure cruising, she has also been used by her present owners for residential use and she boasts very low engine hours on the Barrus Shire engine.
Bluebell comes with sufficient inventory to turn-the-key and cruise.
