Located under the companionway steps, Yanmar 2GM20 (1989) 18hp 2 cylinder diesel engine approx 500 hours. Sea water cooled. Single lever controls with electric start, with emergency hand starting capacity. Shaft drive to a fixed propellor. Spare folding propellor onboard. Engine serviced every winter. Approximately 600 hours.
This Van De Stat Legend 29 hull, deck and superstructure moulded in GRP with plywood frame. GRP deck with painted and moulded non slip areas. Iron Fin keel and skeg hung rudder with tiller steering. The hull was epoxied in 2000 and 2006.
4 berths in 2 cabins with 1 head. Forepeak with double vee berth, Jabsco marine toilet (2005) to starboard with hand basin to port.
Saloon consisting of two settee berths either side. The saloon table can be moved to a central point or taken into the cockpit to be used. The saloon has 5 10 headroom. A considerable amount of refurbishment has been completed including new teak faced ply and teak trim below decks and re-upholstered over the past few years. Blue upholstery throughout with carpet mats in saloon.
The chart table is to starboard with good space and a range of instruments. The galley has small sink and two burner hob with grill and oven.
