Lovely steel cruiser that has had extensive refurbishment over the last 5 years. Just requires a bit of TLC to the paint around the deck, usual steel boat stuff.
The boat is currently on hard standing in Shepperton (London).
The boat has a 2018 boat safety certificate.
Recent work on the boat includes a reconditioned replacement head, reconditioned water pump, new kitchen with Quartz worktops, new bathroom with quartz worktop and under-heated floor, new toilet with quartz floor , new toilet waste tank, numerous electrical upgrades including led lighting, new upper helm dash board.
The general condition of the boat is very nice, there is new leather cushions to the lounge and kitchen, new curtains throughout and recent re-varnish in light oak color.
Bedroom: the bedroom has walk around bed with tall wardrobe and cupboards both sides, 1 double convector radiator, high level opening windows and rear opening window with internal blinds, under bed storage.
w.c.: the toilet has been replaced with a Jabsco Delux Electric Flush, the floor, back plate and plinth has been replaced with quartz, the walls are original tiles and new radiator. Size 1000 x 1300
Shower room: the shower room has been fully refurbished with quartz floor and under floor heating, single radiator, quarts vanity unit with sit-on sink and waterfall tap, new shower head and valve and new electric extractor vent. The room is 1000 x 1250 and headroom of 6`6”
Lounge / saloon: Internal helm position, the seating has been extended to make a wider single bed, new led lighting, new leather cushions, new curtains and re-varnished woodwork. Lounge size is 2900 x 3500, steps down to bedroom at the rear and kitchen to the front then upto the top deck.
Kitchen: A new quartz worktop has been fitted with new Bosch 4 burner hob,Thetford Midi Prima oven with separate grill, built in microwave, new electric extractor vent, glass splash-backs, led strip lighting, new curtains, new leather cushions to seating area ample space for 5-6 persons, new quartz table top. Kitchen size is 2800 x 2200.
Forward single bedroom: this has been made into a wardrobe; it would easily revert back to a single bed room and suit a large adult of 6" tall.
Engine room: the single engine is 6 cylinder 575 DAF. The fuel tank holds 660 ltrs, 2 water tanks approx 1200 ltrs, automatic washing machine, batteries, inverter, Webasto and usual engine room equipment. The engine room is full of space and storage area.
There is extensive storage throughout the boat in under gunnel cupboards and under the seating.
The complete boat has lovely condition parquet flooring, this has recently been re-varnished. Many windows have been removed and the rubbers replaced, the paneling has also been replaced where windows have been removed in the bedroom, bathroom, shower room, and kitchen. The heating system is a Webasto 2010. The Webasto heats water central heating to the complete boat and the hot running water. The hot water is also heated with calorifier and when the engine runs.
Fabulous top social deck (new canopy 2020) with upper helm driving position, large enough for BBQ and 12 people. This boat get so many compliments of beauty and is a real eye turner. She has so much space internally and externally, you can really enjoy her fully loaded with friends or just enjoy the space on your own, she is certainly a vintage Rolls Royce of the water.

575 Daf with recent full service and replacement head. Engine heats the hot water and runs through a heat exchanger for on the move heating. Being a Daf it is very simple and reliable, a recent overheat (2018) caused the head to crack hence replacement. 2 diesel filters, 1 air filter, 1 oil filter and many spares bits. It sounds lovely running.
Most of the engine room has been re-painted over the last few years and looks fair.
The hull has recently been re-painted (2017), new anodes and anti fowl paint. As you can see the new black water tank is in the rear external tank, this holds around 250ltrs, direct pump out only to land. There is lots of spare storage space and can easily fit a man in the spare space. (picture post painting). Above the tank, there is a hot and cold shower tap and steps to rear deck.
The full walk around area is teak decking and is in fair condition. The hand rails are hardwood, excellent condition and regularly varnished.
The upper hull paint work is fair for the age and does require a bit of attention in places.
The main rear cabin bedroom is 8`x 8` floor area and 10` x 12` wall to wall and has a double walk around bed. The mirror image of wardrobe, drawers and cupboards also gives a large work surface with plenty of storage. The floor is parquet and in excellent condition. There are high level windows that open and a rear window with internal blinds. Under the bed is a huge storage area.
The lounge sofa has been made wider to make a very comfortable single bed.
The kitchen table makes into a very large and comfortable double bed.
The front cabin has been made into a wardrobe, it can easily be returned to a single bedroom that will easily accommodate a 6ft person.
In general, 6 berth.
The boat is quite simple by means of equipment. There is a radar arch (NO RADAR), tv receiver and lights. Running equipment consist of the usual expected gauges, depth, temp, rev etc.. NO sea going navigation aides except auto pilot (dismantled) and radio.
The electrical system is 24volt, the charger/inverter is digital Victron variable amps,new in 2020.
Bow thruster is electric.
Cd radio and 4 Blaupunkt speakers.
Although the boat is continental, many sockets have been replaced for UK plugs where suitable.
New oven / grill, new full size 4 burner Bosch hob, new sink and tap with large bore drain pipe.
New 240 volt fridge.
There are 2 bilge pumps that would have saved the Titanic.
